Important Booking Information:
- Maximum Capacity:
- Fits up to 8 and 15 people

- Self-Service: These are self-service saunas. Instructions for heating the sauna are provided.
- Preheating: Saunas are preheated daily by 07:00 and 15:00. Outside these times, you must heat the sauna yourself.
- Access Code: You will receive an access code via email after booking.

Important Usage Information:
- Towels: Bring two towels (one for drying off and one to sit on). Towels are also available for purchase at reception for NOK 149 each.
- Alcohol-Free: Mad Goats Saunas are alcohol-free.
- Changing Room:
- Freya: Separate changing room for up to 6 people at a time.
- Bragi: Changing rooms available.
- Showers: Functional from May to September.
- Hydration: Bring a water bottle. Water containers are available for refills.
- Sauna Etiquette: Respect, good vibes, and tolerance are expected.
- Safety: Do not stay in the sauna for more than 30 minutes per session. Avoid long cold exposure without supervision.
- Swimwear: Must be worn at all times.
- Toilets: Use the toilet before your session. The nearest public toilets are in Aker Brygge mall.
- Saltwater Warning: Never put saltwater on the sauna oven.
